CHARIHO SCHOOL DEPARTMENT

Students should contact the school and have their book list with them.  Due to construction at the site, students should call ahead.

COVENTRY SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
Books are to be returned to Coventry High School at 40 Reservoir Road from June 22nd – July 29th on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Orders for the 2011 – 2012 school year must be placed prior to July 22nd to ensure receiving them in time for the beginning of the school year.

CRANSTON SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
Residents of Cranston who have children attending non-public elementary or secondary schools may request textbooks from Monday, June 20 to Friday, July 1, 2011 between the hours of 8:30AM – 2:30PM.  The location for textbook registration is the Horton Bldg., 1196 Park Avenue, Cranston, RI.  Provide TITLE, PUBLISHER, COPYRIGHT DATE, ISBN# AND AUTHOR for each textbook.  Proof of residency, registration, and birth certificate are required.  Textbooks will be available for pick-up after August 15th.

EAST GREENWICH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
Textbooks on loan from East Greenwich must be returned to Eldredge Elementary School Cafeteria, 101 First Avenue – Side Entrance, East Greenwich, RI from Monday, June 27 to Friday, July 1 between the hours of 8:00AM – 12:00PM.  New orders will be taken at this time and must be picked up between Monday, August 22nd – Thursday, August 25th  from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

EXETER – WEST GREENWICH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
Books to be returned by June 30th.  Book orders for 2011 – 2012 may be dropped off from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or faxed (397-2407) to the EWG Administration Building located behind the Jr.-Sr. High School by June 30th.  Book orders will be filled as soon as possible, and you will be notified by phone when the order is ready for pick-up.

NORTH KINGSTOWN SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
Textbooks on loan from N.K. must be returned between June 27 and July 1 at the Central Administration Building, 100 Fairway Drive between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.  You will be contacted when the books have arrived.

PROVIDENCE SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
No information is available at time of printing.  Please call 456-9426 and ask for the coordinator of textbook loan for non-public school students.

WARWICK SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
Textbook loans are handled by the office at Our Lady of Mercy School.  Parents and students are not required to contact us.  Textbooks will be made available to students at the start of school and books are to be returned to their classroom at the end of the school year.  DAMAGED OR LOST BOOKS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE NEW ONES ARE ISSUED.

WEST WARWICK SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
